Distribution Agreement

Parties
This agreement is between the distributing artist/rights holder ("Artist") and Leuno Records ("Provider").
Grant of rights
The Artist grants Provider the non-exclusive right to deliver and distribute the recordings and related metadata to digital stores and streaming services worldwide, subject to the terms below.
Artist responsibilities
- Confirm that they own or control the necessary rights for the recordings and metadata.
- Provide accurate metadata and cover art complying with store guidelines.
Provider responsibilities
Provider will transmit the materials to stores, provide reporting and process payouts according to the selected plan.
Fees & royalties
Fees depend on the selected plan. Royalties collected from stores will be paid to the Artist subject to any commissions and processing fees described in the plan.
Term & termination
The agreement remains effective while the Artist has an active account or releases hosted by Provider. Termination does not automatically remove content already distributed to third parties.
Warranties & indemnity
The Artist warrants they have rights to distribute content and will indemnify Provider against claims arising from infringement.

Compliance with local laws
It is the Artist's responsibility to ensure releases comply with local law where distributed. Provider will attempt to follow store requirements and local regulations for regions it serves, but artists should consult local counsel for jurisdiction-specific legal advice.
