You represent that you have the rights to distribute the content you upload and that it does not infringe third-party rights.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed via third-party providers. Refunds follow the billing policy described on the Plans page.

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate terms. You may also close your account; distribution already sent to stores may remain live.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the last 12 months.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the applicable law where our company is registered. We intend to respect applicable consumer protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and to apply terms consistently; if your jurisdiction requires special local terms, please contact contact@leunorecords.com.
